High Performance n-Type Organic Semiconductor: TU

TU-1 [T3922] and TU-3 [T3924] are n-type organic semiconducting materials that possess exceptional electron transport properties. Given that applications for TU-1 and TU-3 include dry and/or wet-processed organic field effects for transistor devices (OFETs), TCI offers TU-1 and TU-3 as high-performance n-type OFET materials. Fabrication and evaluation of TU-1 and/or TU-3-based OFETs via vacuum deposition or the spin coating method in our labs is underway with both TU-1 and TU-3-based devices showing electron carrier mobility up to 1 cm2/Vs.

Hole-Selective, Self-Assembled Monolayer (SAM)-Forming Agents for Perovskite Solar Cells

2PACz [C3663] and MeO-2PACz [D5798], self-assembled monolayer-forming agents, work as hole transport materials which enable efficient, versatile, and stable p-i-n perovskite solar cell devices (>21% PCE without additives, interlayers or, dopants). The self-assembly of 2PACz or MeO-2PACz leads to conformal coverage of oxide surfaces (including textured). Perovskite solar cell devices can be fabricated by simple, scalable, and extremely cost-effective processing.
